Arman Tsarukyan made quick work of Dillon Danis at RAF 14, but their bad blood was nowhere near settled when the match ended. The Armenian dominated the main event in Las Vegas, scoring 10 unanswered points to secure a technical-fall victory in roughly a minute. However, the real drama unfolded after the final whistle.
Danis entered the contest looking to bounce back from two straight RAF defeats earlier this year. He had previously lost to Colby Covington by technical fall and suffered a pinfall loss to Khamzat Chimaev. Unfortunately for the controversial grappler, Tsarukyan proved to be another difficult opponent.
Arman Tsarukyan and Dillon Danis Nearly Clash Again After Heated RAF 14 Showdown
The action got off to a fiery start, with Tsarukyan slapping Danis before quickly taking control. He built an early lead through a snap-down and step-out, then continued piling on the points as Danis struggled to find an answer. Although Danis initially defended Tsarukyan’s gut-wrench attempts and managed to get back to his feet, the Armenian soon brought him down again.
Danis briefly attempted to catch Tsarukyan in a kneebar, but his opponent escaped and rolled him twice to reach the 10-point margin needed to end the contest. Just like that, Tsarukyan had another dominant RAF victory.

The post-fight scene, however, threatened to turn into something much uglier. As Danis tried to get back on his feet, Tsarukyan stepped over him, reigniting tensions between the two rivals. Security rushed onto the mat to prevent the situation from escalating into another brawl.
Danis ultimately kept his composure and shook Tsarukyan’s hand despite the heated exchange. RAF co-founders Izzy Martinez and Chad Bronstein also entered the mat as the winner was announced, with Bronstein escorting Danis away from the scene.

Tsarukyan’s latest victory earned him the vacant RAF middleweight crossover title, but the Armenian isn’t necessarily ready to put his rivalry with Danis behind him. He has previously been involved in a major brawl with Georgio Poullas, and the latest incident suggests tensions could continue to follow him outside the Octagon.
For now, Tsarukyan has another challenge lined up. He is scheduled to return to the mats in Abu Dhabi on November 14, facing MMA veteran Neiman Gracie in the co-main event of RAF Abu Dhabi. He will put his newly won title on the line while continuing to eye a potential UFC lightweight title fight against Justin Gaethje.
