New England Patriots wideout A.J. Brown is impressed with the team’s receiver room early on. However, he spoke especially glowingly about one player in particular.
Brown appeared at Patriots cornerback Christian Gonzalez’s charity basketball game in Texas over the weekend, which was his first off-the-field public appearance as a member of the team. The three-time All-Pro wideout started naming off the receiving talent in New England and seemed extra excited when he got to second-year receiver Kyle Williams.
If there were a list of players that the Patriots hope to see make the biggest improvements in the 2026 season, Williams would probably be at the top.
“K Dub is cold, bro. K Dub cold,” said Brown.
AJ Brown on joining the #Patriots:
“It’s amazing, bruh. It’s exciting, bruh. I’m just ready to ball.”
Brown also seems to be impressed with Kyle Williams early on 👀

Williams has a lot of untapped potential, and there’s hope that it will continue to grow behind a pair of standout receivers in Brown and Romeo Doubs.
A breakout season from Williams would make an already talented Patriots offense even scarier.
