The legal team representing reality TV star Sheggz has released financial records in response to claims made by lawyers acting for his former partner, Bella.
According to the legal response, an audit of Sheggz’s UK bank account showed that approximately £220,000 of his personal funds were spent in the United Kingdom during the course of the relationship.
The lawyers maintained that Sheggz was the primary financial provider throughout the relationship, while acknowledging that Bella earned her own income and also made financial contributions.
They further disclosed that after Bella’s exit from the Big Brother Naija house, Sheggz reportedly rented accommodation for her for two months at a cost of approximately N3.5 million per month, amounting to about N7 million in total.
The legal team also claimed that Bella later rented a property in Ikate, Lekki, but subsequently vacated the apartment and moved into Sheggz’s residence in Ikoyi, where he allegedly assumed responsibility for her living expenses.
