2027: ‘Nigerians are angry’ — Ndume

Borno South Senator, Ali Ndume, has admitted that that Nigerians are angry with the administration of President Bola Tinubu.

Speaking during an interview on ‘Sunday Politics’, a programme on Channels Television, Ndume said things can be corrected.

He was speaking on the 2027 general elections and the chances of the ruling party retaining power.

“Actually, I know that Nigerians are angry. I can see it but these things can be corrected, and President Bola Tinubu is willing, and we are hoping that things come up.

“The president should be able to evaluate himself, adjust where necessary. There’s still a need for adjustment. The threat is not what you think, but that is not to say that there is no threat.

“All of the candidates have been in government before, and then have been in different political parties before. It’s like an old wine in a new bottle,” Ndume said.
