'2027 election is about you, not me' - Tinubu tells Nigerian youth

President Bola Tinubu has said that the 2027 general election is all about Nigerian youth and not him.

The President made this statement on Saturday at the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential campaign rally in Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital.

Tinubu said he has already made his own life, stressing that what remains is to build a Nigeria that the youths will be proud of.

“To the youth of Nigeria, this election is about you; it’s not on me. Your future depends on this election,” Tinubu said.

According to him, the election is not about his age or his name but jobs for the youths, education for the youths and a future where young Nigerians will not need to run abroad to survive.

President Tinubu called on the youths to come out and vote, saying that they should not sit at home on election day and complain later.
