2026 Deakin University RTP & DUPR Research Scholarships, Australia (Fully Funded)

Deakin University in Australia is accepting applications for two major postgraduate scholarship programs, the Research Training Program (RTP) and the Deakin University Postgraduate Research Scholarship (DUPR), starting in February 2026, offering fully funded research scholarships for international students.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

• Be a domestic or international student
• Be enrolled in a graduate research program at Deakin University
• Not be receiving other funding that covers more than 75% of the stipend for living costs
• Not hold another Commonwealth-funded tuition fee scholarship

Value: 

• Stipend: AUD $35,550 per annum (2025 rate, tax-free)
• Relocation Allowance: AUD $500–$1,500 for those moving from interstate or overseas
• Health Cover: Single Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for international students
• Tuition Fee Waiver:
  • PhD: Up to 4 years
  • Master’s: Up to 2 years
