2026 Connecticut high school girls soccer coaches polls: Greenwich, East Hampton stay No. 1

Only one new team joined the top 10 of either girls soccer coaches poll this week, but the rankings shifted below the No. 1 teams.

Greenwich and East Hampton remained atop the Class LL/L and M/S polls, respectively. Greenwich retained five first-place votes, while East Hampton had 12 of the 13 in the M/S poll. Undefeated Tolland had the other first-place vote.

Weston, which has won six of its first seven games, entered the Class M/S poll at No. 10. Northwest Catholic dropped out. Tolland moved up to No. 2 this week, with Foran, Lauralton Hall and Old Saybrook rounding out the top five.

St. Joseph moved up one spot to No. 2 after Amity, previously No. 2, tied Foran and Cheshire. Mercy also moved up a spot and was scheduled to play at No. 7 Amity in an SCC showdown Tuesday, then at No. 8 Notre Dame Prep on Sunday.

Unbeaten Ridgefield and Simsbury are tied for fourth, while Glastonbury, also unbeaten, is sixth.
