The Buffalo Bills’ first practice at new Highmark Stadium came with a couple of injury concerns.
Starting center Connor McGovern and running back Ty Johnson both left the field and headed to the locker room during Saturday night’s Return of the Blue & Red practice.
Johnson was the first to go down.
The running back was injured along the right sideline during one-on-one receiving drills less than 30 minutes into practice. Trainers tended to Johnson on the field before helping him off and into the locker room.
McGovern left later during 11-on-11 team drills.
The Bills‘ starting center walked behind the sideline accompanied by trainers before heading into the locker room.
