‘Youths are huge human capital asset for Nigeria’ — Lamido

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Jigawa State, Mustapha Sule Lamido, has said Nigeria’s future depends largely on the commitment, creativity and patriotism of its young people.

In a message shared on his official Facebook page, Lamido encouraged youths across the country to remain innovative, patriotic and committed to shaping a better future for Nigeria.

He said Nigeria’s growing youth population remains one of the country’s greatest strengths and should be properly harnessed to drive economic growth, innovation and national development.

According to him, the energy, skills and talents of young Nigerians are capable of transforming the nation and building a more prosperous future.

“Our teeming youths represent a huge human capital asset for Nigeria which can be harnessed for our present and future development,” Lamido said.

He urged young Nigerians to remain focused on personal development and contribute positively to the progress of their communities and the country at large.

The PDP governorship candidate stressed that youths must take advantage of available opportunities and actively participate in nation-building, describing their involvement as critical to Nigeria’s socio-economic advancement.

He added that sustained investment in youth empowerment would strengthen the economy and position young Nigerians as key drivers of the country’s future prosperity.
