Following Monday’s practice, new MSU head coach Pat Fitzgerald announced that wide receiver Rodney Bullard has received a waiver from the NCAA and is eligible for the 2026 season.

Bullard’s battle with the NCAA has been publicly noted throughout the summer, and now, it has gone in the favor of the Spartans.

After transferring to MSU from Valdosta State last year, Bullard played in all 12 games in 2026, catching 5 passes for 119 yards and a touchdown.
