World Cup: Bellingham becomes 7th player in history to score twice in consecutive knockout matches

England midfielder, Jude Bellingham, on Saturday, made history after scoring a brace in his side’s World Cup quarter-final 2-1 win against Norway.

Two goals from Bellingham ensured England eliminated Norway from the competition and qualified for the semi-final stage.

The Three Lions will now face Argentina in the World Cup last-4 on Wednesday.

However, in this tournament, Bellingham scored braces in both the Round of 16 against Mexico and the quarter-final against Norway.

This means the Real Madrid star is now the seventh player in World Cup history to score a brace in two consecutive knockout matches.
