If the transition happens quickly, another division title remains well within reach. If it takes half the season, the NFC East race could become far tighter than many expect.

Either way, one thing feels certain. The Eagles’ quest for a third consecutive division championship won’t be decided solely by who replaced A.J. Brown. It may ultimately be decided by how quickly Sean Mannion transforms one of the NFL’s most talented offenses into one of its most creative ones.
