Burke will start in Cleveland in Game 5 of the American League Division Series, which is tied 2-2. The winner of Saturday’s game between the White Sox and Guardians will play the Tampa Bay Rays in the AL Championship Series, which starts Monday.

Burke is the rare White Sox pitcher who hasn’t thrown a pitch in four days. He was the winning pitcher in Game 2 of the series, in which he allowed one run in 5.1 innings on Oct. 5 in Cleveland.
