Losers of four straight matches, the Crew head home to ScottsMiracle-Gro Field this weekend for a match against the New England Revolution on Aug. 30.

Columbus hit a stride in the 2026 Leagues Cup and qualified for the knockout round, but the Crew were swiftly eliminated with a 2-0 loss to Club America in the quarterfinals on Aug. 26. Playing outside of Los Angeles in a stadium filled with opposing fans, the Crew conceded both goals in the first half and failed to score despite owning 58% of possession.

Out of Leagues Cup contention, the Crew turn back to a woeful MLS season and currently sit last in the Eastern Conference standings with a 5-5-11 record.

The Revolution, meanwhile, enter the week fourth in the MLS standings with a 10-4-7 record. New England won their latest meeting against Columbus on April 18 by a score of 2-1.

Due to the Crew’s extended four-day road trip to California for Leagues Cup, MLS postponed the Crew-Revolution match from its original scheduled date on Aug. 29 to the following day.

The Crew will face New England at 4:30 p.m. ET Aug. 30 at ScottsMiracle-Gro Field.
