The Tampa Bay Rays will look to keep rolling down the path to the top seed in the American League as they open a three-game series against the Orioles in Baltimore on Friday. 

The AL East rivals met in a four-game series last weekend at Tropicana Field, with the Orioles winning the first three to snap the Rays’ nine-game winning streak.

The only game in that series that featured a final margin wider than one run had the same pitching matchup as tonight’s game, with Freddy Peralta starting for the Rays against Baltimore’s Trevor Rogers. The Orioles won that one 10-2 after blowing the game open against Tampa Bay’s bullpen and will hope their bats can rediscover that groove Friday.
