'We deserved more' - Silva on loss to Liverpool

Bournemouth defender Antonio Silva has said Sunday’s 1-0 defeat by Liverpool at Vitality Stadium was not a fair reflection of the game.

“We deserved more from this match”, he told BBC Radio Solent. “A defeat, for us, is hard.

“It’s hard to concede a goal, always. That’s football and we tried everything to score.

“We have a lot of quality players and a lot now go off to national teams. When they come back, we will try to build tension for the Premier League.

“We have a good mentality and the coach is very good, so we will try everything to win the next game.”
