Watch: Mike Evans catches sensational end zone TD
Welcome to the San Francisco 49ers, Mike Evans.
The veteran receiver caught his first touchdown since joining his new team: A contested two-yard grab over Los Angeles Rams cornerback Jaylen Watson. The score put the 49ers up 17-7 midway through the third quarter.

It was a nice cherry on top of an otherwise solid 49ers debut for Evans. Before the touchdown, Evans had caught five of six targets for 47 yards, which was only three yards behind Demarcus Robinson.
Evans joined the 49ers in free agency this offseason after 12 years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He had 866 career receptions for 13,052 yards and 108 touchdowns in 176 career games.
