Watch: Kyle Brandt goes OFF about how no one is talking about the Raiders

Today on Big Day ESPN, Kyle Brandt — sporting a Raiders letterman jacket — went on a fiery rant about how no one is talking about the Raiders. This despite Las Vegas starting the season 2-0 and coming off an unexpected win over a heavily favored Chargers team.

This is a rant you gotta see.

“I want you to listen to the silence,” said Brandt. “Two games, two double-digit wins. And you hear that? That’s who’s talking about the Raiders. That’s who believes in the Raiders.”

Brandt goes on to point at that the Raiders have zero playoff games this season while teams like the Browns and Falcons do along with the Chargers team the Raiders just beat having three. And he went in especially hard on the respect shown for the Chargers and not the Raiders right now. And then he really got rolling.

“You slap the chargers around a little bit, and it’s all, ‘What’s wrong with the Chargers?’ How about what’s right with the Raiders?” Brandt continued. “There is more talk about Mike McDaniels’s sideline drip than Klint Kubiac’s record. Nobody wants to hear about the Raiders. Believe me, I know. I’ve been on 26 football shows today, and I have not been asked about the Raiders once. Good Morning football, Get Up, First Take, Cold Pizza, Rome is Burning, Beg Borrow and Deal. Barstool Banter. None of them! The autumn wind is a Raider, but the A Block is a Chief, Bronco and Charger.

“Let me tell you something. The production email for First Take is so long I can’t open it unless I’m connected to Wi Fi. And there’s not a single Raiders question in all 78 pages. The email asked for Bucs tapes, Panthers takes, Steelers’ takes. I scrolled all the way to the bottom, where it said, ‘Let us know if there’s anything else you’re hot on’. Nothing. The 2-0 Raiders aren’t even compelling enough to be First Take’s last take. What am I hot on? I’m hot on the bleepin’ Raiders. But nobody else is. And that’s fine. That’s good. That’s great. Because you keep doing what Al intended. Just win, baby. Three words, 3-0, let’s go!”

So, I guess Kyle Brandt has bought in on what the Raiders are doing this season. Now they have to head into New Orleans and prove him right.
