WATCH: Dolphins rookie makes incredible one-handed catch in NFL debut

The Miami Dolphins are battling the Washington Commanders Friday night at Northwest Stadium in a preseason battle just days after their joint practice earlier in the week.

While Washington kept several starters on the bench, the Dolphins put their first-team offense on the field first, and they moved down the field for a touchdown on their first possession of the game. The highlight of the drive came from rookie wide receiver Caleb Douglas, who caught a 28-yard pass with one hand.

Douglas, one of Miami’s third-round picks from this year’s draft, has been a monster in training camp, and if he continues that effort in games, he’ll be a starter when they step on the field for their Week 1 matchup.
