Vote for your Big Bend lacrosse player of the year: Readers’ choice

The 2026 lacrosse season produced special moments and plenty of special seasons for individual players in the Big Bend.

The area’s four programs in Chiles, Leon, Lincoln, and Maclay provided intense drama while competing with one another. Both Chiles and Leon reached eight wins to lead the Big Bend.

It was a remarkable year for local athletes, and now it’s your chance to voice your opinion.
