Vikings bring on two new front office exec for 2026

· · 1 min read

The Minnesota Vikings found their new leader in their front office in Seattle Seahawks assistant general manager Nolan Teasley. They agreed to terms and signed their deal in recent weeks, and the team has been quick to get the ball rolling on his era.

In the process, some changes are rising to the surface in the front office as he gets into the thick of it all.

NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero shared on Friday that Andrew Healy and Trent Kirchner will be named assistant general managers for the team. Earlier this week, The Athletic’s Alec Lewis reported that senior personnel executive Jamaal Stephenson, senior college executive Pat Roberts, and pro scout Salli Clavelle won’t be back with the team either.

Pelissero shared on social media, “Trent Kirchner, a Minnesota native, was part of the Seahawks’ front office for both Super Bowl wins and now follows Nolan Teasley from Seattle. Andrew Healy spent a decade with the Browns.” He also added that Ryan Grigson will still be apart of the front office, just not as assistant general manager.

These moves should be the final ones made in the front office leading into the 2026 season.
