UNGA 81: Trump accuses UN of ignoring Christians persecution

President Donald Trump scolded the United Nations during Tuesday’s UNGA 81 session, accusing the body of keeping mum on brutalities against Christians in several countries.

In his speech to the gathering of global leaders, the President noted that despite “all the genuine atrocities in the world,” the Human Rights Council mainly focuses on issues in America.

Trump slammed council officials for criticising the United States for enforcing immigration laws and protecting children from “transgender mutilation and transgender insanity.”

“The hypocrites… have little to say about the persecution of Christians… or the crimes of the world’s most repressive regimes, yet they want America to open our borders to gangs and criminals,” he said.

The U.S. leader stated that even though UNESCO is devoted to protecting cultural heritage, the UN promotes mass migration that is “destroying the greatest cultures and most extraordinary heritage.”

“There is no human right to illegal immigration, but there is a right to remain a sovereign nation,” the President told the audience at the General Assembly.

On Iran, Trump insisted that the Islamic Republic is the number one sponsor of terror, reiterating his “unwavering” commitment to ensuring that the nation does not possess a nuclear weapon.

On Cuba, he said the regime has spent decades coordinating with the left, including ties to “subversive and radical groups” such as the Communist Party USA, Antifa and the Democratic Socialists.

Declaring that communism will never come to America, the President announced that “freedom will be coming to Cuba, and safety and security will be coming to Mexico.”

Trump, however, reaffirmed the U.S.’s rejection of any attempt to construct a globalist scheme of control for artificial intelligence, which he wants to be called Super Intelligence.

The President earlier cited the race with China as a reason for declining to approve a reduction in the pace of AI development, despite growing alarm among tech experts and researchers.

The idea of slowing down AI advancement is ostensibly supported by tech leaders, including Dario Amodei (Anthropic), Sam Altman (OpenAI), Elon Musk (SpaceXAI) and Demis Hassabis (Google DeepMind).

Amodei first made the suggestion in an article following recent incidents in which autonomous AI agents bypassed restrictions, accessed the open internet and performed unauthorised actions or hacks.
