Megan Olivi serves as desk anchor and host at UFC Fight Night 291.
UFC Hall of Famer Chris Weidman and retired welterweight veteran Alan Jouban fill the desk analyst role throughout the event and on the post-fight show.
Additionally, bantamweight Aiemann Zahabi will make his UFC broadcast with guest analyst spots. Zahabi spoke to MMA Junkie recently about what the opportunity means to him.
“For me it’s an incredible opportunity,” Zahabi told MMA Junkie. “Thanks for the UFC to give me a chance to get this because not a lot of fighters get this opportunity. I’m getting a tryout. They have a few spots so I’ll get a chance to bring my analysis and I’m hoping I get the job. This is part of what I want to do. I’ve been doing commentary for Samurai and stuff for Sportsnet. When I retire I’m hoping I get to stay in this field and work.”
UFC correspondent McKenzie Pavacich will conduct pre- and post-fight interviews backstage with some of the athletes on the UFC Fight Night 291 card, as well as report additional real-time updates for the event.
Noted cage announcer Joe Martinez will introduce the fighters and read official results at UFC Fight Night 291.
Brendan Fitzgerald will serve as the leading man on the mic from cageside at UFC Fight Night 291.
Fitzgerald will command play-by-play alongside two color commentators: UFC Hall of Famer Dominick Cruz and retired lightweight contender Paul Felder.
