Tyreek Hill rehab video shows NFL star is far from return
Tyreek Hill is showing progress in his rehab from a gruesome knee injury he suffered last season. He’s still a ways away from returning to NFL competition, however.
The eight-time Pro Bowler posted a video on Instagram of him working out and detailing how his recovery is going. While he was able to do light agility drills and running, Hill admitted he has “no power” in his left leg. Hill dislocated his left knee and tore multiple ligaments, including his ACL, in Week 4 against the New York Jets.
It’s impressive Hill has even been able to make it this far in his recovery. The five-time first-team All-Pro admitted his doctor said he may never walk again, and now he’s on his feet and exercising just 10 months after the injury.
