Tyler Herro’s pantsed Anthony Edwards in his Bucks debut

· · 2 min read

The Milwaukee Bucks hosted the Minnesota Timberwolves for some preseason action on Monday night. Since there was football on ESPN most people probably missed Tyler Herro intentionally pulling down Anthony Edwards’ shorts on purpose, but that is exactly what happened.

Herro, who was acquired by his hometown Bucks as part of the Giannis Antetokounmpo trade, was making his Milwaukee debut in the game. At one point on defense he ran behind the Timberwolves’ star as he chased his man around the court. As he went past Edwards he reached out with both hands and grabbed his shorts.

It wasn’t a lot, but it was unquestionably a pantsing.

Is this really where we are with Tyler Herro? He’s been away from Heat Culture for like five minutes and he’s already regressing. How hard must Udonis Haslem and Pat Riley have been working the last seven years in an effort to repress this type of behavior? Not to mention its the second shorts-related story that Herro has generated during the offseason.

Herro finished the game with 11 points, three rebounds three assists and four turnovers. He has averaged 20 points a game in the NBA for half-a-decade now so it will be interesting to see if Heat Culture has also repressed his scoring.

Herro and the Bucks will play their home opener against the Chicago Bulls on Oct. 23. The Bucks were only scheduled for four nationally televised games this season with two of them being against the Heat. They travel to Miami on Nov. 18 and then host the Heat on Jan. 28. Make sure to hold onto your shorts.
