Two touchdowns for CeeDee Lamb

· · 1 min read

Dallas Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb had five receptions for 74 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Week 7 against the Philadelphia Eagles. He was targeted a game-high 12 times.

Why It Matters: While the passing game as a whole was scaled back on Monday night, Lamb still saw double-digit targets for the third time in his last four games. The yardage remained a bit disappointing — it was his third straight game with less than 75 yards after topping 110 yards in each of the three games before that — but the two TDs, his first scores since Week 4, allowed Lamb to deliver significant fantasy value. Dallas’ move to a most ground-heavy approach was interesting, but if anyone involved with the passing game should be able to weather the switch, if it is indeed a long-term plan, it’s Lamb. He remains a must-start WR1.
