Transfer: Fermín López speaks on leaving Barcelona for Man Utd

Barcelona midfielder, Fermín López, has insisted he does not plan to leave the club for Manchester United.

López has been linked with a move to the Red Devils in the January transfer window.

But the 23-year-old has no interest in joining United and wants to end his career with Barça.

He said: “Manchester United links? I don’t pay attention to that kind of news.

“I want to stay here at Barça as long as possible.

“I hope to end my football career at this club and retire here.”

López has scored six goals in all competitions this season including four in LaLiga.
