Tottenham and Everton reach agreement for Ndiaye and Richarlison deals

Spurs and Everton have found a verbal agreement for Illiman Ndiaye to join Tottenham, while Richarlison will make the move to rejoin Everton.

According to David Ornstein, the two clubs have agreed fees for the deals to be completed separately. It would see the Senegalese forward make the move to North London, continuing the heavy spending spree for Roberto De Zerbi’s side, while the Brazilian would return to Merseyside, four years after he departed to join Tottenham.

This breaking story follows the news last night that Cody Gakpo had decided to join Manchester City, with the Dutchman opting to join Enzo Maresca rather than making the switch to North London. Ndiaye had been linked to City as well, but with Gakpo their number one target, Spurs have seemingly moved quickly to sign the Everton man.

Richarlison had been left out of squad for Tottenham’s 0-2 defeat to Newcastle last night, with Roberto De Zerbi claiming that the Brazilian had asked to leave the club in the last few days of the transfer window. This deal would see Richarlison back at the club which he had success with, before he earned his big money move to Spurs.

With just a few days remaining before Tuesday’s transfer deadline, the race is on for the deal to be completed.
