‘To be honest’ – Caitlin Clark addresses the Natasha Cloud and Enes Kanter WNBA incident

Caitlin Clark gave a very typical Caitlin Clark answer when asked about the incident after the Indiana Fever’s win over the Chicago Sky.

Caitlin Clark put on a show against the Chicago Sky, dropping 37 points and burying eight three-pointers to lead the Indiana Fever to a 113-90 blowout.

Before tipoff, she caught up courtside with soccer icon Robert Lewandowski, sharing a warm exchange and posing for photos that blew up online.

Ever since entering the league, Clark has been under an intense spotlight, dealing with media noise, physicality on the court, and non-stop hot takes. Yet she has always managed to handle it with complete class, brushing off drama and keeping her focus strictly on basketball every time she steps in front of a microphone.

And that was no different after the Natasha Cloud and Enes Kanter altercation.

Caitlin Clark claims she didn’t see the incident during Fever vs Sky

Many WNBA fans noticed Caitlin Clark’s wry smile after the altercation involving Enes Kanter and Natasha Cloud, but she maintains that she didn’t see the incident.

Taking the postgame press conference for the Indiana Fever, Clark was asked about the incident.

Reporter said: “I know y’all weren’t involved in the whole scene out there, but from your vantage point, did you guys see what was going on on the court time?”

Clark responded: “To be honest, I didn’t see it. We were talking about it the next play in our huddle. So, I think that’s probably a question for Chicago.”

It’s safe to say that Clark handled it as she should, quickly brushing off the question. Too many times the focus is being put on the transgender situation and negative incidents nowadays, rather than focusing on the actual basketball and records that are being broken on the court.
