Thursday Night Football: Patriots vs. Bears discussion

Nairavoice · Oct 22, 2026 · 1 min read

Week 7 of the 2026 NFL season will get started with a matchup between the New England Patriots (4-2) and the Chicago Bears (4-2).

The Patriots lead the all-time series between these teams, 11-4, and have won six of their seven most-recent meetings. They last faced off in 2024, with New England winning on the road in Chicago, 19-3.

There will be more than a few familiar faces on the field Thursday night, with plenty of Eagles alumni to keep an eye on. For the Patriots, WR A.J. Brown is back from injury, and they’ve also got SS Kevin Byard, LB Christian Elliss, WR Mack Hollins, TE Cameron Latu, IDL Milton Williams. For the Bears, LB T.J. Edwards is doubtful as he deals with a hamstring injury, and then DL Kentavius Street and RB D’Andre Swift.
