Three-way Premier League race for Levante forward
According to Teamtalk, Everton, Tottenham Hotspur and Ipswich Town are all interested in bringing Levante attacker Karl Etta Eyong to the Premier League.
Apparently, Everton have already made official contact with the La Liga side to make enquiries, and Spurs are looking in the same direction should they fail to sign any of their other potential attacking targets. The situation has created a sense of urgency for the newly promoted Ipswich, who now feel they have to act quickly in order to avoid getting shoved aside.
Having played for Cadiz and Villarreal at youth levels, Etta Eyong joined Levante in 2025 for €3 million. He made 18 La Liga starts in 2025-26, scoring seven goals and producing four assists. At the age of 22, he has eight caps as a senior Cameroon international under his belt so far. He boasts considerable strength, which has many believing the intense physicality in the Premier League would suit his style of play.
