The university had already recently released the full non-conference slate, with headliner matchups against Michigan State and NC State at home and Purdue on the road, as well as Maryland and potentially Iowa State at a neutral site.
Tennessee will begin conference play on January 2, hosting the Vanderbilt Commodores, who beat Tennessee in their last home game of the 2025-26 season. Tennessee hits the road at Auburn and at the Will-Wade-led LSU Tigers before returning home against Missouri. That’s not a terrible opening four game stretch.
The Vols get Kentucky on the first (Jan. 23) before a return match at the Food City Center on Feb. 13. Florida comes to Knoxville on Jan. 30, and Alabama visits on Feb. 20. Tennessee wraps their SEC play at Vandy on March 6.
Not a terrible schedule, as Tennessee only has one stretch of three out of four on the road for the entire conference slate.
