Spanish Grand Prix 2026: Where to watch the Formula 1 race today, schedule, how to stream, and more

The Formula 1 season is more than halfway over, and this weekend’s race is special as the new Madring circuit makes its debut in Madrid, Spain. The Spanish Grand Prix, will be held on Sunday, Sept. 13 at 9 a.m. ET/6 a.m. PT, while practices and qualifying races will take place on Friday and Saturday.

If you’re tuning in from home, you should know that this year, F1 has moved to streaming exclusively on Apple TV in the U.S. So if you want to catch this weekend’s race in Monza live, you’ll need access to Apple TV (or F1 TV Premium, now free with an Apple TV subscription). In addition to watching on Apple TV, you can also tune into F1 practice sessions and qualifying races via the Yahoo Sports Racing Hub.

The 2026 Italian Grand Prix will begin at 9 a.m. ET/6 a.m. PT on Sunday, Sept. 13.

F1 races used to air on ESPN and ESPN2 in the U.S., but Apple TV has signed an exclusive five-year deal to be the U.S. broadcaster of Formula 1 starting this season. That means the Spanish Grand Prix and every other race of the 2026 F1 season will stream live on Apple TV.
