'Significant' Terry McLaurin injury update from Commanders coach isn't good
It was an injury that didn’t look good at the time it happened on Monday night for the Washington Commanders in their loss to the San Francisco 49ers: Wideout Terry McLaurin came down while running a route clutching his left knee.
A cart came out and he was seen with an air cast on his left leg and was ruled out the rest of the game. What’s the latest as on publishing this on Tuesday morning? Per Commanders head coach Dan Quinn, the injury was “significant” and more testing will an MRI will reveal how bad it is on Tuesday.
As NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport noted, the fear is that it’s a “season-ending knee injury.” We’ll update when we know more.
