What are Health goals?.
This concept broadly includes determining a desirable state of affairs in terms of health promotion and/or disease prevention.
Goals connected to your health can be challenging as they often require exercise, not just your body but your willpower. However, Wellness goals require a level of planning, as well as strategies, to motivate you along the way.
How do I go about this?
It could also include any protocol that has been developed with your healthcare provider. Nonetheless, as you master these goals, you will improve your wellbeing, learn new skills, and boost your confidence!.

When setting your wellness goals, consider some of the following to get inspired:
Goal#1. Do you feel you have no time to be active?
Try this goal:
Walk briskly for 15-20 minutes every day this week.
Goal#2. Drink more water.
To function properly, all the cells and organs of the body need water. It is also used to lubricate the joints, protect the spinal cord and other sensitive tissues.
It also aids in regulating body temperature, and assist the passage of food through the intestines.
Goal 3#. Improve your flexibility and balance.
A benefit of flexibility is increasing the range of motion around your joints. If you have a limited range of motion, it can lead to pain, injury and poor overall performance. Improving your flexibility and balance can also help in decreasing back pain.
It also prevent injuries, ease stress, better your posture, and improve your circulation.
