The Alabama Crimson Tide are in a dogfight against the No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs, and quarterback Keelon Russell may have lost one of his favorite targets, receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams.
The former five-star receiver tried to catch a Russell touchdown pass just before halftime but was down for several seconds after the play.

Ryan Coleman-Williams injury update
Coleman-Williams left the game after attempting to make the catch in the end zone. He could not walk off under his own power.
The injury was described as a “slight tweak” of the right knee on the ESPN broadcast.

What happened to Ryan Coleman-Williams?
Late in the second quarter, Russell attempted to throw a pass to Williams in the end zone. As Williams tried to go for the ball, it looked as if he landed slightly awkwardly on his shoulder, but it’s unclear what happened on the play.

He had to be helped off of the field with assistance by the trainers, and it looked as if he could not put weight on his left leg. His left knee already had a brace on it.
