Reacher Season 5 Casts Action Series Star In Gritty New Recurring Role

Reacher season 5 is staging a reunion by casting a television action star.

Reacher season 5 will follow the Lee Child novel Make Me, which begins after Ritchson’s titular character ends up in the mysterious town of Mother’s Rest. He teams up with a private investigator in the search for a missing person and uncovers a dangerous and deadly criminal conspiracy. Amanda Ip, Jay Baruchel, Ciara Bravo, and Kevin Durand have already been added in supporting roles.

In the latest casting update, Deadline reports that Reacher season 5 has added Scorpion alum Ari Stidham in a recurring role. He’ll play Dean Lassider, a sleazy businessman who happens to be a long-time associate of Durand’s character, with the description revealing that Lassider does his questionable business dealings out of a desert strip club. This marks a reunion between Stidham and Reacher executive producer Nick Santora, who also created Scorpion.
