Fortunately, not every face will be brand new to fans. Regardless, we will be here to give you a fresh overview of every player on the roster for the 2026 season with a series of player profiles.
From all of the returning players, a long list of new faces from the transfer portal, and incoming recruits from the Class of 2026, we will have you covered with this year’s player profiles for the Penn State roster. Here is a quick look at offensive lineman Kuol Kuol II for the 2026 season.
- Hometown: Centerville, Ohio
- Height: 6-6
- Weight: 291
- Class in 2026: Redshirt Freshman
Class of 2025: Composite 4-star recruit, No. 34 offensive tackle per 247Sports
Kuol Kuol II was a four-star recruit out of high school and was selected to play in the Navy All-American Bowl. Iowa State was among a handful of power conference programs to extend an offer, with Boston College, Purdue, and Michigan State some of the others in pursuit of his commitment. He originally committed to Purdue in July 2024 but backed off that commitment in late November 2024 when he flipped his commitment to the Cyclones and signed with Iowa State in the early signing period.
Penn State was not originally one of the schools showing recruiting interest in his original recruiting cycle, but he was one of many players to follow Matt Campbell from Iowa State to Penn State by way of the transfer portal this past offseason.
Kuol Kuol II did not see any game action during his freshman season in 2025 at Iowa State.
It is expected that Kuol Kuol II will be among the deeper reserves on the Penn State roster entering the 2026 season, but he will clearly be one of the players to watch continue to develop going into the 2027 season.
It is not surprising to see linemen participate in track and field, but Kuol Kuol II also ran in track and field in high school.
