President Federation Cup: Finidi praises Surveyor impact in Rivers United’s win over Rangers

Rivers United technical adviser, Finidi George, has hailed the contribution of forward Handsome Surveyor in the President Federation Cup Round of 32 win over Rangers.

Surveyor grabbed the winning goal for the Pride of Rivers in the 3-2 win over the Flying Antelopes in Uyo on Monday.

Wisdom Samuel and Chijioke Mbaoma were also on target for the Port Harcourt-based club.

Goodwin Obaje and Precious Agu scored for Rangers.

Finidi believed that Surveyor has the luck which will be crucial for the team in the competition.

“We knew he has that luck that was why he was introduced into the game,” Finidi told Rivers United’s media.

“At the end he got that winning goal for us and we are happy with it and we will continue to encourage him to see how he can help us as well.”
