Pan-Atlantic University mourns pioneer Vice-Chancellor, Prof Albert Alos

Pan-Atlantic University also praised the late academic for his leadership, wisdom and dedication to education, noting that his impact extended to generations of leaders serving in Nigeria, Africa and other parts of the world.

It said his influence went beyond his work in the classroom, as he inspired students, staff, faculty members, alumni and colleagues through his professionalism, integrity and commitment to service.

The university described Alos as a teacher, mentor and leader whose contributions were deeply embedded in the history and values of the institution.

“Prof Albert Alos leaves behind a legacy deeply woven into the history and ethos of Pan-Atlantic University. As a teacher, mentor and leader, he inspired countless individuals through his wisdom, integrity and service. His contributions will continue to influence generations to come,” the statement said.

The university added that his efforts helped lay the foundation for an institution focused on producing competent and responsible leaders.

According to Pan-Atlantic University, Alos’s vision and commitment to education helped shape the philosophy that continues to guide both the university and the Lagos Business School in their pursuit of academic and professional excellence.
