In a post shared on his X account on Saturday, the music star, who is related to Governor Ademola Adeleke, alleged that efforts were being made to influence the electoral process and called for the wishes of the electorate to be honoured.

Davido specifically urged Faleke not to interfere with the work of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, insisting that the outcome of the election should reflect the mandate given by the people.

According to him, “James Faleke, stop putting pressure on INEC to change Osun election result. Respect the wishes of Osun people. We don’t want Oyetola and AMBO.”
