OSPOHAS Post-UTME 2026: Cut off mark, Eligibility and Registration Procedures

This is to notify all prospective applicants and the general public that Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences, llese-ljebu has commenced the sales of 2026/2027 Post-UTME form.

Post-UTME Admission forms are available for the following National Diploma (ND) courses at the rate of Two Thousand Naira Only (#2,000).

AVAILABLE NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) COURSES

Electrical Electronic Engineering Technology. 

Environmental Health Technology (ND/HND)

Health Information Management (ND/HND)

Applicants that chose the institution as first choice in the 2025 JAMB UTME and scored 100 and above, or apply for change of institution at any JAMB accredited CBT centre and make OSPOHAS as first choice.

 Interested Applicants must be at least Sixteen (16) years af age by 30th of September, 2026.

Five (5) OLevel Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology. Chemistry and Physics from WAEC/NEcO/NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings.

 Natianal Diploma (ND) Resut not less than Lower

Credit in ralevant course from recognized Polytechnic or College of Health Technology. 

National Diploma (ND) JAMB Admission Letter

H) Five (5) oLevel Credit stated in (B) above

m) Compulsory one (1) year internship or Siwes, EXCEPT straight programmes.

Applicants with the current 2026 JAMB result of 100 and above are to obtain the Post-UTME Screening Form at ,000 only through the school portal address https://my.ospohasilese.edu.ng/admission/apply/application
