In between, the Thunder made three selections in the 2026 NBA Draft on June 23-24 — taking Michigan center Aday Mara (12th), Iowa guard Bennett Stirtz (16th) and Kentucky guard Otega Oweh (41st).

Will OKC Thunder bring back Lu Dort, Kenrich Williams? Examining team options

OKC has a $17.2 million team option on Dort. OKC will become a second-apron team if it picks up Dort’s option, but it could always save money during the season. Going into the second apron shouldn’t influence OKC’s decision on Dort, who’ll likely get his team option picked up.
