The Peace Boys held Warri Wolves to a 1-1 draw at the New Jos Stadium on Sunday.

Emmanuel Aribogha gave Warri Wolves the lead in the 24th minute, while Samuel Ayanrinde restored parity for the hosts on the hour mark.

The hosts fought hard to score the winning goal but Warri Wolves were resolute at the back.

Ogunbote said his players got a lot of things wrong in the keenly contested encounter.

“I think it was an unfortunate one, there were lots of anxiety from my boys,” Ogunbote said during his interaction with the media after the game.

“They were just trying everything hurriedly to make sure we score, unfortunately we were getting everything wrong. It’s another disappointing home draw for us.”

Plateau United currently occupy sixth position on the league table with 16 points from 11 games.

The Jos club will travel to Lafia for their next league game against Nasarawa United.
