Noah Gragson's race recap in the Chase race at Kansas in 2026

Noah Gragson’s Kansas race ended early when an engine failure sent the No. 4 Front Row Motorsports Ford to the garage. Gragson started 21st and completed the opening stage before mechanical trouble struck.

Smoke appeared from Gragson’s car early in Stage 2, bringing out a caution and ending his afternoon after only 112 laps. He was credited with 36th place and received one point.

Gragson remains 31st in the season standings with 377 points, tied with Cole Custer. He trails Riley Herbst by 50 points and leads Ty Dillon by 44 with six races remaining.
