NNL: Abubakar vows to build strong Wikki Tourists’ team for 2026-27 season

Wikki Tourists technical adviser, Bala Abubakar, has reiterated his team’s determination to build a competitive team for the 2026-27 season.

The Bauchi Elephants are currently undergoing a screening exercise for the selection of new players.

Abubakar called for the support of the football stakeholders in the state to achieve their goals.

“With the support of our fans, the government, and the club management, we are determined to build a strong and competitive team capable of returning Wikki Tourists FC to the Premier League, by the grace of God.”Abubakar told Wikki Tourists media.

Wikki Tourists will participate in a pre-season tournament in Katsina.

Wikki Tourists were relegated from the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, last season.
