Immersive Tech and the Pan-African Leadership Perspective

Detailing the school’s teaching philosophy, the Dean of Nile Business School, Professor Noel Tagoe, explained that the institution bridges academic theory with workplace reality by utilizing virtual reality (VR) and interactive case studies. This controlled environment allows executives to hone strategic thinking and crisis leadership skills before deploying capital in the open market.

“The core takeaway is that we are here to produce leaders who can solve Nigeria’s economic and corporate problems from a distinct African perspective, while utilizing global best practices,” Professor Tagoe stated.

The Pro-Chancellor of Nile University, Mr. John Vermaaten, described the Lagos launch as the opening milestone in a long-term strategic vision to position the university as Nigeria’s premier center for industry-driven education.

He reaffirmed that the university will continue to invest in cutting-edge learning technologies and continuous improvement to ensure its graduates can thrive in an increasingly competitive global economy.
