New angle of Caitlin Clark’s and-1 play in Fever-Sun game is a must-see
Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever dominated the Connecticut Sun on Wednesday. It was a blowout win that included a highlight reel play from the WNBA superstar, knocking down a layup for an and-1 opportunity. A new angle of it was posted on X and got fans talking.
The three-time All-Star went 1-on-1 with Sun guard Saniya Rivers beyond the arc. Clark pulled off a series of moves as she attacked the basket, drawing a foul before converting her shot.
The Fever‘s post has since been viewed more than 35,000 times, and fans reacted in the comments section.

Clark spearheaded Indiana’s charge with a game-high 27 points, along with two rebounds, 11 assists and five 3-pointers. Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston backed her with 23 and 22 points, respectively. The Fever set a new franchise mark for the most points in a single game in the 123-88 victory.
Meanwhile, six Sun players scored in double digits, led by Diamond Miller‘s 15. However, it wasn’t enough to secure a win as Indiana extended its winning streak to three games.
