Nashville Predators announce streaming service details, cost, how to watch

The Nashville Predators have announced details about their new streaming service which will begin with the 2026-27 season.

The streaming service will be hosted on the Predators app, which can be downloaded on iOS and Android devices, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Roku, and also be accessed on the Predators’ website.

The cost will be $74 for all non-nationally televised regular season games, which equals 81 regular season games for this season. The other three nationally televised games (Nov. 5 at Colorado; Nov. 10 at Los Angeles; and Jan. 5 against Edmonton) will be broadcast on ESPN+.

In addition, all four preseason games can be streamed for free on the app, starting on Sept. 20 when the Predators visit the Tampa Bay Lightning at 4 p.m. CT.

The service should be available to anyone in the Predators’ regional viewing area, which includes Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi and Georgia.

On Aug. 26, the Predators unveiled a multi-year agreement with ViewLift, a streaming product recently acquired by sports entertainment platform DAZN. All non-nationally televised Predators games will be through this agreement.

Games can also be accessed over the air for free via the team’s broadcast agreement with Scripps Sports.

Last April, the Predators announced their new broadcast rights agreement with Scripps, which owns NewsChannel 5 in the Nashville area. Starting this season, all non-nationally televised Predators games will appear on WNPX (Channel 28) a channel called “The Spot.” Games will also broadcast in seven other cities across the south, including:

Knoxville – Ch. 8.2 (WWLT)
Chattanooga – Ch. 49.2 (WTVL)
Jackson, TN – Ch. 7.5 (WBBJ)
Lexington, KY – Ch. 36.2 (WTVQ)

Huntsville, AL – Ch. 48.3 (WAFF)
