Mike Maignan loses it, sent off in the Europa League

France’s goalkeeper lost his cool!

This Thursday, AC Milan travel to Bournemouth for matchday three of the Europa League.

Milan endured a nightmare start, with Justin Kluivert opening the scoring from the penalty spot in just the eighth minute.

However, the real turning point came 20 minutes later, when Mike Maignan completely lost his cool.

As the Cherries prepared to take a corner, the AC Milan goalkeeper shoved his hands into Tyler Adams’ face before throwing him to the ground right in front of the referee.

The referee did not hesitate and showed the French goalkeeper a straight red card.

As a result, Milan conceded a second penalty moments later and now face playing the rest of the match with 10 men against 11.
